How to Use the Final Settlement Calculator

Understanding Your Final Settlement Results
Your final settlement consists of multiple components under Saudi Labor Law. Unpaid salary covers any days you worked but were not paid for. Under Article 76, unused vacation days must be compensated at your full daily rate: (total monthly salary / 30) for each unused day. If you resigned or were terminated, you are entitled to a one-way air ticket to your home country. Your EOSB (if entered) completes the total. The daily rate is calculated by dividing your total monthly salary by 30 days. Each component is then calculated by multiplying this daily rate by the number of days owed.
Real Example
Suppose your total monthly salary is 12,000 SAR with 5 unpaid days, 10 unused leave days, economy air ticket, and 15,000 SAR EOSB: Daily rate: 12,000 / 30 = 400 SAR Unpaid salary: 5 x 400 = 2,000 SAR Unused vacation: 10 x 400 = 4,000 SAR Air ticket: 2,500 SAR (economy) EOSB: 15,000 SAR Total final settlement: 2,000 + 4,000 + 2,500 + 15,000 = 23,500 SAR
